Tomasza 20 Resto Bar Strikes Again

 Tomasza 20 Resto Bar is a student friendly and semi-elegant venue but with fully delicious range of foods. It is situated on Tomasza 20 street in Kraków, so if you only know the name of the restaurant, you don’t need to bother remembering the address. That’ll give you more time to think about what you’re going to eat once you get there. The menu is on the internet so if you’re an indecisive person, you can be prepared way ahead of the time and don’t need to fret that you are taking too long to order.  

When you enter the door, you are greeted with light and pleasant ambience., so you won’t feel overwhelmed even before you take a bite of food. With plants in every corner you feel closer to nature when you decide to sit inside. Additionally, for every fan of the ‘00s music, they keep playing it all the time. It's the perfect environment to feel nostalgic. Personally, I was a bit annoyed after listening to this kind of music for a few hours and would rather opt for something more neutral but in the end, it comes down to the personal preference. The staff are very professional and friendly and usually there is no problem to get you seated quickly even though the place is rarely empty.  

When it comes to the food, I believe everyone will find something to their liking. From starters and soups like Bruschetta, breaded Camembert or pumpkin cream to main courses, the place offers burgers, fish, dumplings and pasta in various forms. My favourite dish is chicken breast filled with dried tomatoes and coated with parma ham, with a side of sweet potato fries and a salad. The perfection of this dish lies in the thoughtful combination of ingredients that dance together on the plate. It's a celebration of contrasts – the richness of the ham against the lean chicken, the savory against the sweet, the crispy fries against the tender meat. It’s a heaven on a plate.  

The drinks are also out of this world. They are a perfect cherry on top of this experience. Whether you opt for an alcoholic drink or a lemonade, for a sweet or sour drink, you will not be disappointed as all of them are absolutely delicious. The range of colors is as wide as the range of flavours so even the fussiest of palates should be satisfied.
